Think about your car habits. When do you fill up your gas tank or recharge your electric vehicle? Do you tend to fill it up when you still have half a tank left? Maybe when it's three-quarters empty, so you’ve got about a quarter tank left? Or are you the type who prays and hopes to make it to the gas station or charging point just in time?

Reflecting on Self-Care Habits

Now, let’s put a little spin on that car metaphor and talk about your health. The way you manage your car's fuel can beautifully mirror how you handle your personal self-care. When do you take time to recharge or refuel yourself? 

Self-care can manifest in many forms:

  • Taking a Few Breaths: A few moments of mindfulness or deep breathing can do wonders.

  • Listening to Something Soothing: Whether it's music, a podcast, or a guided meditation, auditory solace can be quite rejuvenating.
